Ray Scheduled For Concert in Colorado

Ray was a guest artist at the World Percussion Concert April 6 featuring the Colorado State University Steelband. Don Prorak is the musical director for CSU.

Ray has performed numerous times in that part of the United States, where he is highly acclaimed for his pan compositions and performance. Other special guests to perform at the concert include Rick Henson (Pan Jumbies), Tom Miller (Pan Ramajay) , and Terry Smith (Colorado Symphony Orchestra). The CSU African Drumming Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Eric Hollenbeck, opened the program.

The concert was held at Edna Rizley Griffin Concert Hall, University Center for the Arts, Colorado State University.
